Terms and Conditions

Welcome to QuickData.ai. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickData.ai website and its products and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Overview of Services

QuickData.ai provides tools and applications that extract, process, and analyze data from real estate financial documents. These tools are designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial review and underwriting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services, or use them with the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Plans, Fees and Fair Use

Some of our Services are paid. The prices that apply to your account are those shown when you sign up and on the Billing page of your account. On the date these Terms were last updated they are:

  • Free documents. Each company's first 20 documents are free. Nothing is charged until they have been used.
  • Two plans. An account has the Excel Add-In, the API Plan, or both. A document a person reads while signed in (in Excel, on our site, or through an AI assistant connected to their account) counts on that person's seat on the Excel Add-In. A document your software sends with one of the company's API keys counts on the API Plan (a key a person makes for themselves counts on that person's seat).
  • Excel Add-In. $99 per month for each person who has joined your company's account (a seat). An invitation costs nothing until it is accepted. Seats are charged monthly in advance, starting with the first document after the free ones. When a person joins or leaves during a month, the charge is adjusted in proportion to the days. The Excel add-in itself is available only to accounts that have this plan.
  • Fair use of a seat. A seat is for one named person's own work and is not to be shared. Each seat covers up to 200 documents in a billing month. Beyond that, each further document that person reads in that month is $1, added to the same invoice. The count starts again each billing month, and what one person does not use does not pass to another person or to a later month.
  • API Plan. $99 per month, which includes 100 documents sent with an API key in a billing month, then $1 for each further document. For a company that has the Excel Add-In it is an optional addition on the same invoice. An account that has the API Plan alone pays for every document it reads on that plan, and may choose pay-as-you-go instead: $3 for each document with no monthly fee.
  • What counts as a document. Every document the Services read is counted, including the same file sent again. A document that could not be read is not counted.
  • Payment. Fees are charged to the card on file through our payment provider. If a charge fails, the Services stop reading documents for your account until payment succeeds.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on the Billing page. Your access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and no further period is charged. Amounts already charged are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • Changes to prices. If we change a price, we will tell the account's contact by email before the change applies to that account.

5. License and Use Restrictions

QuickData.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

  • Use the Services to infringe on any third party’s rights.

  • Resell or redistribute the Services or data derived from them without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used on the site are the property of QuickData.ai or its licensors. Use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

By using our Services, you agree that QuickData.ai may collect and use select personal and technical data and related information to improve our products and Services. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Accuracy of Data and Outputs

While we strive for accuracy, QuickData.ai does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of outputs generated by its tools. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the data extracted by our Services.

9. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to QuickData.ai or other users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickData.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickData.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
